When booking desks, your employees are booking a slot. Administrators can customise these slots for greater control. In this article, we will go through the different slot templates available.
Note: Updating slots may cause cancellation of future bookings. Please see here for more information.
Single Slot
With this option, only one booking slot is available for desks. This slot is therefore typically used for all-day bookings. Simply choose a start, end and check-in time.
When booking, users will have only one slot option:
AM/PM
With this option, users can choose to book AM, PM or all day. Simply decide your start, end and check-in time for each. This slot template provides more flexibility, allowing desk utilisation to be maximised.
When booking, users will have 3 slots options; AM, PM and all day (AM and PM):
Custom
With this option, three slots (no more or less) are defined and named by you. This proves useful for more custom desk areas. Simply decide your start, end and check-in time for each slot.
