This article details how to manage policies per space (Desk, Parking, Focus Space, Collaboration Space).
When managing a space, you can configure two policies.
Booking Slots
Select from Single Slot, AM/PM/Custom/Interval Slots. To find out more about how to manage slots, please see the article here
Allow Future Space Bookings
With this policy, you can allow future space bookings for the individual space. Enabling this option allows you to select the number of days a user can book in the future, and provides booking from a specific time, separate from the location policy.
For example, users can book 7 days in advance from midnight, for the individual space only.
Select the customise policy section to get started.
Note: When enabled, it will override your location policies.
Note: The zone policy takes precedence over the individual space policy.
