Bulk Update of Spaces

Do you need to change the amenities or the status of multiple spaces? You don't have to do it one by one, thanks to the bulk update functionality you can easily update all your spaces at once. Let us show you how to do so!

How to bulk update spaces?

1. Head to your Organisation Settings tab.

2. Select the location where you have spaces to update.

3. Navigate to the Spaces section.

4. Select the spaces you wish to bulk update by ticking the square box at the left side of their names.

5. Select the pen icon to edit. Alternatively, select the bin icon to delete the selected spaces or the X to deselect.

6. You can then select to update:

  • The location of the spaces; Floor and Zone.

  • Change the status; disabled non-bookable, enabled and non-bookable or enabled and bookable.

Simply tick the box saying 'This will change the status of all spaces to match' and select from the dropdown menu.

Note: For example, you might enable seating areas where people may go to take calls or have collaboration sessions but not make them bookable. Disabling a space means that the space is not available. It might be for example a desk that you have removed. If a space is not enabled, it is not bookable.

  • The amenities; select as many items as desired from the list

Simply tick the box saying 'This will change the amenities of all spaces to match' and select from the dropdown menu.

7. Click on Update Spaces.
