Administrators can enable and disable spaces easily. This article will go through the effects of enabling or disabling a space and show you how you can seamlessly manage all your spaces in one place.

RICOH Spaces enables you to capture areas in your office that are used but might be not bookable. It might be for example seating areas where people may go to take calls or have collaboration sessions. You enable them but you don't make them bookable.

Disabling a space means that the space is not available. It might be for example a desk that you have removed. If a space is not enabled, it is not bookable.

Enable and disable a space

You can manage all your spaces within a building by going to the Organisation Settings tab.

1. Select your office location.

2. Navigate to the Spaces section from your left-hand side Manage Location menu.

3. Use the filters at the top of your screen to find the desired space/s.

The Space Enabled and Space Bookable columns give you indications about a space's settings.

4. Hit 'Edit' along the corresponding line.
