Locations in RICOH Spaces are classed as all the different buildings within your organisation. You can easily manage them within the Organisation Settings tab. If you need to add or edit a location, this step-by-step guide will show how to do it.
Requirement: You will need to be a specific administrator to access this tab and create or edit a location.
How to create and manage a location
1. Navigate to the Organisation Settings tab.
2. Click 'Locations' which will display all your locations.
3. To edit a location, click on it. This will take you to the location details, where you can edit details about it.
4. To create a location, go back in the location tab, click on the Create Location button at the bottom right.
5. This will open a new window where you can fill in the basic information about your new location.
6. Once done. Hit the Create Location button.
7. Your location has now been created and you can find it amongst the other locations.
Fully set up your location by clicking on it. This will take you to the Manage Location Page where you can set policies, add an image to your location, create floors and much more!
