This article will show you how you can easily book a desk - through the RICOH Spaces Web App!

1. Access the Homepage of RICOH Spaces. By default, it is the Floorplan.

Note: Your Floorplan might be in 3D or 2D depending on your company's package. For 3D Floorplans, you can configure your Floorplan's look by clicking on the gear icon at the bottom right of your screen. To visualise your 2D Floorplan, click on the arrow icon at the bottom right of your screen.

2. Use the drop-down menu on top of the Floorplan to select the relevant date, location and floor.

3. The Floorplan should be updated and you can now visualize the bookings made on that chosen day (in red). Have a look at the available desks (in green) and choose one.

4. Click on the desk you want to book

5. This opens a new window where you can select the day/s and slot/s you would like to book this specific desk

6. Done? Click on Next!

7. If your location allows it, you will be able to add parking space or a locker to your booking.

Note: you cannot book a locker which does not have a Floor assigned to it.

8. Hit Confirm and you are done! You should now receive an email confirmation.

If you are looking to quickly book any desk, you can do that easily from the Feed.

1. Open your Booking & Status section and click on the date you would like to book a desk for.

3. Choose Quick Book for being attributed to an available space directly. RICOH Spaces takes into account your list of favourite desks, previous bookings and spaces available.

4. Your feed should update and display your desk booking. You will also receive an email with your desk booking details.
