What are linked rooms I hear you ask 🤔

A linked room is exactly what it says on the tin - it's giving you the ability to use two or more adjoining rooms to make the most out of their space.

Booking a linked room increases the capacity of the space, allowing for those workshop days, training events or collaborative sessions.

Not only does linked rooms allow you to make the most out of your spaces but we've also introduced space layouts.

You can add a layout to your room booking, which means you can have a layout that complements any event. When you have a training day, you can request a classroom layout in your linked room to match.

We must add that a little bit of magic ✨ is required by your organisational admins to configure the linked rooms and space layouts in RICOH Spaces - but once this is done you'll be able to book a bigger space, with your desired layout to cater to your needs.
