Some rooms can be divided into multiple spaces using movable screens. You can request to book a linked room; the whole space available when all spaces are joined. This guide will show you the steps to book a linked room.

How to book a linked room?
1. Head to the Schedule tab.
2. Set the date, location and floor using the bottom menu.
3. Find the linked room you want to book.
4. Click on one of its available slots to create an event.
5. Fill in the meeting's details and choose a layout.
Note: Not choosing a layout will automatically apply the default one.
Note: When requesting a Linked Space booking, users will also be advised of any cut-off or setup times which will be taken into account automatically.
6. Create the event
Note: In some cases, the room will require approval. The approval is given by an administrator. Should the room require approval, the following message will appear:
'You will receive an email notification once your request/s has been reviewed confirming if they are approved or rejected.'
If your room does not require approval, the event should appear in your calendar and you should receive a confirmation email.
The calendar will display any necessary pre and post-meeting times and the spaces included in the linked room will be greyed out.
