Booking a Linked Room

Some rooms can be divided into multiple spaces using movable screens. You can request to book a linked room; the whole space is available when all spaces are joined. This guide will show you the steps to book a linked room.

Note: You cannot add a layout to an all-day meeting for linked rooms.

How to book a linked room?

1. Head to the Schedule tab.

2. Set the date, location and floor using the bottom menu.

3. Find the linked room you want to book.

4. Click on one of its available slots to create an event.

5. Fill in the meeting's details and choose a layout.

Note: You have to select a layout in order to submit the booking.

Note: When requesting a Linked Space booking, users will also be advised of any cut-off or setup times which will be taken into account automatically.

6. Create the event

All Linked Room bookings will require approval. Until an admin processes the request, your meeting will show in light grey on the Schedule.

If your room does not require approval, the event should appear in your calendar and you should receive a confirmation email.

The calendar will display any necessary pre and post-meeting times and the spaces included in the linked room will be greyed out.
