When you first login to RICOH Spaces, you will first go through the onboarding process. It helps you set your profile and preferences. Here is a breakdown of all the steps you will go through.

The first step of the onboarding process is choosing a language. Use the dropdown menu to browse the available languages and select one.

The second step is a welcome message from our team. It will display your organisation's name and logo.

It's now time you tell us about yourself. The information you write down will be visible to your colleagues.

In order to help organisations understand their environmental impact, we would like to ask you to choose your usual method of travel. If you use multiple methods of travel, please select the one you use the most.

Now, select your home location. Whilst some organisations have multiple locations, you might only have one. Select your location and click on next. If you work at different locations, select the one you spend most of your time at. You will still be able to swap your location ulteriorly.

Select a Theme: Dark or light.

You are now set up! If you need to update any of this information, head to your profile section. It is where most of those preferences can be found.
