There are multiple ways to log in to RICOH Spaces. Let us show you how each one works!
1. Head to https://eu.ricohspaces.app/en/login (For the European region)
2. Enter your work email and click on Continue.
3. You will then be presented with one or multiple login methods that have been set up by your organisation. Select one.
Microsoft Sign In
By selecting Sign In with Microsoft, a new window will open listing your different accounts. Select the correct one.
Magic Link
By selecting the magic link option, you will then be asked to confirm or type in your email address in order to receive the magic link.
The email you will receive contains a unique code as well as a link. Use either to log in to RICOH Spaces.
