Problem signing in via Edge Browser

Some users may be unable to log into the RICOH Spaces web application as they may be presented with the notification shown below after they have attempted to log in on Edge. Let us show you ways to resolve this problem.

Note: Before we go ahead and follow the steps below please ensure you have the latest Chrome browser version.

Allow cookies

1. To resolve this issue let's go into the Edge browser

2. Hit the three dots at the top right of your screen.

3. Select Settings.

4. Using the left side menu, select Cookies and site permissions.

5. Click on Manage and delete cookies and site data.

6. Enable Allow site to save and read cookie data.

7. Head to the Allow section and click on Add.

8. Add https://eu.ricohspaces.app and select Include third-party cookies on this site.

Note: Depending on your region, your RICOH Spaces URL prefix will differ.
