Problem signing in via Chrome Browser

Some users may be unable to log into the RICOH Spaces web application as they may be presented with the notification shown below after they have attempted to log in on Chrome. Let us show you ways to resolve this problem.

Note: Before we go ahead and follow the steps below please ensure you have the latest Chrome browser version.

Allowing cookies

1. Navigate to the Chrome browser and type in the following in the address bar: chrome://settings/cookies

2. Then select "Allow all cookies" and then try to log in again.

If this does not resolve the issue, ‘pop-ups’ may also be blocked by the browser. Allowing pop-ups will allow the sign-in window to appear.

Enabling pop-ups

1. Navigate to: chrome://settings/content/popups

2. Ensure that RICOH Spaces isn't listed under the blocked section. Then add RICOH Spaces into the allow section: https://eu.ricohspaces.app

Note: Depending on your region, the suffix before ricohspaces.app might change. Please ensure you allow this domain as well.
