Disabling Panel Interactivity
To help manage high-traffic areas, administrators can now disable user interactions on specific room panels, converting them into informational displays. Learn how to manage your room displays with our help centre.
Room Panel Overrides
We've made it simple for administrators to disable or enable specific authentication methods (PIN, Mobile or NFC) for individual screens, providing flexibility to customise requirements per panel.
Smarter Room Syncing
To continue a smoother experience we have updated how RICOH Spaces handles updates made within external calendars for rooms requiring approval.
Multi-Day Meeting Support
To keep your work week running smoothly we have enhanced the RICOH Spaces external calendar integration to seamlessly sync multi-day bookings. Visit our help centre to learn more about using RICOH Spaces within your Google or Outlook calendars.
