Display Scaling Troubleshooting

Guidance for Scaling and Zoom issues

In this article, we will also show you how to troubleshoot your display configuration if you are experiencing issues.

If you are having trouble displaying the RICOH Spaces web app correctly (see example below), it may be due to your PC's scaling settings.


Try the following:

  • Zoom: Scale back and/or zoom in.

  • Enter full-screen mode

  • ​Reduce your PC scaling if permitted by IT policy:
