Installing the Smart Displays software
You will need to install the RICOH Spaces Smart Displays by downloading the app from the Apple App Store.
Pairing your Smart Display with RICOH Spaces
Follow the guide here in order to pair your panel with our RICOH Spaces application.
Guided Access
Guided Access on an iPad allows you to lock your device to a single app (so that nobody can change any setting or use the iPad for any other purpose.
To set guided access, you need to complete the following steps:
Go to Settings > Accessibility, then turn on Guided Access.
Tap Passcode Settings, then tap Set Guided Access Passcode.
Enter a passcode, then re-enter it
Once Guided Access has been set up, you can now lock your device to a single app. To do this, follow the steps below:
Open the app you want.
Triple-click the side button
Tap Guided Access, then tap Start.
