Please follow the instructions for the mount that you have purchased for your iPad.

Installing the RICOH Smart Displays Application for Visitor Display

If you are using your iPad as a visitor display, you will need to install the RICOH Smart Displays app from the Apple App Store.

Once installed, follow the guide here to pair your panel with our RICOH Spaces application.


Installing the RICOH Room Display Application for Room Displays

If you are using your iPad as a Room Display, you will need to install the RICOH Smart Displays app from the Apple App Store.

Once installed, follow the guide here to pair your panel with our RICOH Spaces application.

Guided Access

Guided Access on an iPad allows you to lock your device to a single app (so that nobody can change any settings or use the iPad for any other purpose.

To set up guided access, you need to complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility, then turn on Guided Access.

  2. Tap Passcode Settings, then tap Set Guided Access Passcode.

  3. Enter a passcode, then re-enter it

​Once Guided Access has been set up, you can now lock your device to a single app. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the app you want.

  2. Triple-click the side button

Tap Guided Access, then tap Start.

Automatic Updates

We recommend that iPads be set up to receive the latest application updates automatically. However, if you wish to turn updates off, please see the article here
