Neat Pad Overview

An overview on the Neat Pad with RICOH Room Display

RICOH Room Displays has full integration capability with the Neat Pad, a compact touch screen for meeting rooms. Please see further details below.

The Neat Pad

What it is

The Neat Pad is a purpose-built touch screen device that runs RICOH Room Displays, enabling users to view room availability and book meetings directly from the device. Its compact size allows it to be mounted either inside or outside meeting rooms.

How it works

When running RICOH Room Displays, the Neat Pad shows room availability at a glance via red and green side LED indicators. Users can book a room directly from the panel, view the day's scheduled meetings, and identify themselves using a PIN or phone number.

Once a room is booked, users can check in, end their meeting early, or extend it (subject to availability) directly from the Neat Pad. If authenticated, meetings will sync to the user's calendar.
