Neat Pad Mounting Guide

Learn the different ways to install a Neat Pad

Neat Pad ships with a wall and side mount, so it's easy for anyone to install and set up. Use the wall mount to fix Neat Pad to your meeting room wall. With the side mount, you can secure Neat Pad to the edge of your doorframe or mullion. Thanks to just one Power over Ethernet cable, Neat Pad is always alert and set to go.

This guide will go through the different methods of installing Neat Pad in your building. For more information please go to the Neat website.

Method 1: Wall Mount

  1. Open box contents

  2. Position the mount adapter so the holes align with the mounting holes on Neat Pad.

  3. Connect the Ethernet cable and choose the most suitable cable gate.

  4. Attach the wall mount to your wall.

  5. Hook Neat Pad with mount adapter onto the wall mount.

  6. Neat Pad installation completed.

Method 2: Side Mount

  1. Open box contents

  2. Position the mount adapter so the holes align with the mounting holes on Neat Pad.

  3. Connect the Ethernet cable and choose the most suitable cable gate.

  4. Attach the side mount to the preferred side of your doorframe or mullion.

  5. Use the appropriate hex key to attach the wall mount to the side mount.

  6. Hook Neat Pad with mount adapter onto the wall mount.

  7. Neat Pad installation completed.

Method 3: Glass Mount

  1. Open box contents

  2. Use the wipe to clean the back side of the wall bracket and the glass wall where you intend to mount your Neat Pad.

  3. Find the glass mount and remove the adhesive tape's protective sheet (labeled 1).

  4. Fasten the wall bracket to the sticky surface of the glass mount, ensuring you align the wall mount correctly.

  5. Use the set square to position the wall bracket, guaranteeing its 90 degrees horizontal and perfectly level.

  6. Remove the adhesive tape's protective sheet (labeled 2), and attach the wall bracket to your glass wall.

  7. Position the mount adapter so the holes align with the mounting holes on Neat Pad.

  8. Connect the Ethernet cable and choose the most suitable cable gate.

  9. Place your Neat Pad with the mount adapter onto the wall bracket.

  10. Secure using the appropriate hex key.

  11. Neat Pad installation completed.
