Ricoh Access - Checking In and Out

With RICOH Access you can use your RFID enabled badge to check in to your work location. If you have RICOH Spaces desk booking at your work location it will also check you in to any desk that you have booked.

Pre-Requisites

You will need:

A RICOH Spaces account and a registered RFID badge. If your badge is not already registered with RICOH Spaces please see this article.

If your location is using Desk Booking you may have also booked a desk in advance. Checking in with RICOH Access will check you into your desk if you have one booked (or check you into your Location if you don't have a desk booking).

Checking In

As you enter your work location present your card or fob to the access panel by placing it below the word Tap:

You will receive confirmation that you have checked in:

Checking Out

As you leave your work location present your card or fob to the access panel by placing it below the word Tap:

You will receive confirmation that you have checked out:

Please Note

To avoid accidentally checking out straight after you have checked in (or vice versa), the panel will not let you present your badge again within 1 minute of using it. If you do, you will see this message:

Please wait 1 minute before tapping your badge again.
