An issue was identified that booking Microsoft Meeting Rooms through RICOH Spaces (Web, Mobile, and Smart Displays) was currently not working as expected.
11:12 GMT Thursday 13th November, 2025:
The issue affecting the booking of Microsoft Meeting Rooms through RICOH Spaces (Web, Mobile, and Smart Displays) has been resolved.
We are continuing to investigate the root cause of the incident.
12:02 GMT - Thursday 20th November, 2025:
Following initial mitigation, the root cause was further investigated.
A recommended library update related to Microsoft access tokens has been tested, implemented and successfully monitored with no further recurrence of the issue that occurred on 13th November.
