Background

On the morning of Monday, 3rd November, an issue was identified that impacted the load of the web client modules.

Devices affected:

  • All Applications

Timeline:

8:24 AM (GMT) 3rd November
We were made aware that certain modules — Organisation Settings, Visitors, and Jobs — were not loading as expected.
Our team began investigating immediately as a matter of urgency.


9:21 AM (GMT) 3rd November
We have identified the cause of the issue and are working on a resolution.
Restoring full service remains our top priority, and we will provide a detailed root cause analysis once the issue is resolved.

10:15 AM (GMT) 3rd November
Service has now been fully restored. Our team has confirmed that the affected modules — Organisation Settings, Visitors, and Jobs — are operating as expected.



Root Cause

This incident was caused by a configuration dependency within our analytics and feature management service, which temporarily interrupted certain feature flags. Once identified, we immediately reinstated configuration integrity and validated all affected modules.



Next Steps

We’ve implemented additional monitoring to ensure early detection of any similar configuration issues in future.
