In this article, we will detail the correct label configuration to print labels on a Zebra ZT411 and ZD621.
Label Configuration for Windows
First, install the drivers following the link below:

Note: This is a one-time setup, and the settings will save for future printing
Once you have installed the drivers, head to RICOH Spaces web. Navigate to the Visitors Module and under print label, select print for your desired visit.
In the print window, go to More Settings.
Select "Print Using System Dialogue", which then opens a new Printer Window.
Select the "Let the app change my printer preferences" setting and then select "More Settings".
Once you have selected more settings, this will bring up the Printing Preferences. For the Zebra tick, the "Let the app change my printing Preferences".
In Page Setup > Media Settings >, change the dropdown icon for width and height from the default setting to use printer settings (Green Printer Icon).
Label Configuration for MacOS
First, install the drivers using the link below:

Once you have installed the drivers, head to RICOH Spaces web. Navigate to the Visitors Module and under print label, select print for your desired visit.
In the print window, go to More Settings.
Select "Print Using System Dialogue", which then opens a new Printer Window.
Select the Zebra Printer and use the settings below to print correctly.
You have now successfully configured your Zebra printer to print visitor badges.
