Setting up room panels is a crucial first step in enabling seamless meeting room management. This guide outlines the streamlined installation process designed to support both internal teams and third-party installers. By simplifying setup requirements and providing centralised control, this solution ensures that room panels can be quickly and efficiently deployed across locations, making it easy to get started and scale confidently.
The RICOH Spaces web app has a dedicated area where you can find your Customer and Admin PINs. You can also manage your panels' design and reset the room panels. Head here for more info.
Requirements:
Your Customer PIN will be needed to configure the device.
The RICOH Room Display App will need to be installed on the device.

Set up the Room Panel
1. Click on Get Started on the device to start the configuration.
2. Enter the Customer Code. This 8-character long, 7 numbers and 1 letter code can be found in the Screen Management section within your Organisation Settings area on the web app.
3. Once added, click on Next and select the location. This is the location where your device will be installed.
Note that you can use the search bar to narrow down the list.
4. Next, select the Floor. This is the building's floor where the device will be located.
5. Now, select the spaces your device will manage. You can select:

Multiple room spaces[Coming Soon]
6. This last screen is a summary of your selection. Verify that everything is correct and click on Confirm to finish the setup.
Note: Restart will bring you back to the 'Get started' page.
Accessing Settings
Only users with the admin PIN will be able to access the device settings.
1. Click on the Gear icon at the bottom left of your panel to access the settings.
2. Enter the Admin PIN.
You can find it in the Screen Management section within your Organisation Settings area on RICOH Spaces web.
3. The settings available are:
Default Language: Change the language of the device
Screen Name: This is not amendable on the device. This is the name as set in your Screen Management area on the RICOH Spaces web.
Version Number: This is the version number of your device.
