We are bringing a new way for admins to manage their module subscriptions on a location basis. In this article, we will show you how you can easily request a module.

Enabling Issue Management

Note: The module is enabled on a per-location basis.

  1. Head to your Organisation settings and select the location where you want to enable the module.

  2. Navigate to Issue Management and click on Upgrade Now.

3. RICOH Spaces will navigate you to the Modules page. There, you can see a list of all the features included in the Issue Management module.

4. If you are happy to go ahead, click on Upgrade.

5. Once clicked on, a new window will open where you can submit the request.

Note: The date on which you click on the Upgrade button and send the request will be your starting point for your license and determine your end date.

6. Once sent, your request will be received by the RICOH Spaces team who will process your request and unlock the module for you.

7. When enabled, you will see your current plan and a toggle at the top of your Modules page.

Turning on/off the toggle doesn't cancel your license, it just disables the module for that location.
