We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new feature: Issue Management.

Is there anything more frustrating than having everything planned perfectly, only for something to go wrong? The meeting room screen doesn’t work, or the lightbulb above your desk needs replacing. We wanted to give users an efficient and effective way to report these issues so they can be swiftly resolved. We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new feature: Issue Management.

Key functionalities:

  • Report Issues with Photos: Easily report issues with photos using the mobile app.

  • View Existing Issues: Check existing issues for any space on both the mobile and web apps.

  • Prioritise Issues: Vote on existing issues to highlight their urgency.

  • Direct Communication: Chat directly with the issue resolver for updates and queries.

  • Organisational Management: Manage issues at both organisational and location levels.

  • Customisable Categories: Customise categories for easy issue logging and assignment.

  • Assign Resolvers: Allocate issues to the appropriate resolver, including third parties.

  • Status Updates: Set and view the status of issues for transparent tracking.

Overview

Users can see and report issues through a space's page. They can also upvote or downvote on existing issues.

Once a new issue has been raised, the admins will be notified.

Issue admins and managers access the Issue Management module to view all reported issues.

Admins can prioritise, assign, categorise, and update the status of issues.

Direct messaging with the issue reporter is available from the same page for quick communication.
