In this article, we will go through the way you can report issues, follow up on their status or upvote existing issues reported by other users.

What are issues?

An issue is a physical problem related to a space. This could be a screen not working, a lightbulb to change etc.

If it is an issue related to RICOH Spaces as a software such as you are not being able to book a space, please, reach out to our support team.

View a space's issues

You can raise a space using your RICOH Spaces mobile or web app.

1. Click on a space.

2. Navigate to the Issues section.

Raise an Issue

To raise an issue, click on Raise Issue within the space's issues section.

1.A new window will open. Explain the problem, and add any images if you have any.

2. Click Submit Issue.

Up/downvote an issue

In the Issues section, use the up/ down arrow to vote for an issue.

By voting, you help admins understand which issues may need to be solved first.

View Issues reported

Note: This is also available on mobile through your Homepage.

From the Feed on web and mobile, you can view all the issues you have reported.

All issues the user has reported will be displayed.

Issues are divided into two categories: raised, which are active issues and resolved, which are issues resolved.

Use the sort filter to change the display order.

When you click on an issue, you can see the conversation with the issues admins.

This is also where you can see the status, votes, and close the issue.

Following up on an issue's status

If an admin sends a message about one of the issues you have raised, you will receive an email notification with a link you can follow. Alternatively, you can access your raised issue through the space's issues section or your Feed.

There you can manage or close your issues but also comment on issues and discuss with the Issue Managers.

You can close an issue by selecting 'Close Issue'.
