At RICOH Spaces, we are continuously improving our platform to assist you best with your workday. Have a look at our latest feature drop to find out more about the latest functionalities available and read on to find out more about our items in the pipeline 💡

More Flexibility for Policies

  • New Policies for Rooms

The new policies for room panels aim to decide where (Schedule and Room Displays) information related to a room booking is displayed, which information is shown (meeting name, hostname, room status) and to whom. Admins also decide what happens when a user cancels or ends their meeting early using the room display. You can find more about it in our dedicated article here.

Google Room Booking Sync

In the same way, we have done an MS sync, we are now tackling Google. The sync between Google and RICOH Spaces will allow your data to effortlessly synchronize resulting in a more integrated experience across the two platforms.

Improve Accessibility

It's been our goal to enhance the accessibility of our apps. Our team has already worked on the Floorplan, Schedule and Login page. There is still more to come!

Mobile app: Set Default Floor

Managing an office across multiple floors can be cumbersome for users who constantly have to select their relevant floor. To streamline this process, we're introducing a new functionality: users can now set their default office floor within the RICOH Spaces app preferences. This means that when they view the live map, it will automatically display their default floor. Convenient, isn't it? 🕰️
