Last month, we introduced to you the non-interactive Floorplan. Now we are working to bring you the RICOH Spaces Interactive Floorplan Display. The interactive Floorplan Display allows your employees, visitors and new starters to easily book a space, view and book rooms, view zones and amenities or see where people are sitting in the office space . This is just a taster, hold tight for a lot more content coming your way on this feature.

A fact, IoT Sensors, enhances your office experience. They allow admins to see real-time space occupation, insights into usage and support auto cancellation intelligence. When having a highly occupied office, the ability to maximise space is a priority so with the help of automated cancellation policies you can be rest assured your spaces are not going to waste. Spaces such as rooms or desks equipped with sensors which have been booked but not occupied will automatically cancelled at your desired time leaving your empty spaces to be booked by others. In the same way that users scan desk QR codes with their RICOH Spaces mobile app to check in or book, they will be able to do the same things for rooms. This feature comes in handy for spaces that are collaborative but not requiring all functionalities that room panels offer or if you have a temporary space set up. Users can then simply scan the QR codes to book, check-in and release rooms. Note that this method doesn't source data for the room insights.

Tired of updating your spaces one by one? We know and we are bringing you bulk updates for both spaces' amenities and status! You will be able to select multiple spaces and apply amenities to them. All of your rooms have a screen? No problem, select, update and save.

You will be able to do the same for spaces' statuses, enabling/ disabling them at once and making them bookable or non-bookable.
