NFC Badge pairing
Companies can enable the use of NFC. This means that employees can use their badge to tap on compatible screens to identify themselves during a booking or check-in process. Users can now pair their NFC Badge in any RICOH Spaces supported language.
In the Office Status
Introducing a new status feature that acknowledges your office presence without tying you to a specific desk or zone. Perfect for occupying free zones upon arrival or attending pre-booked meetings within meeting spaces. The "In the Office" status registers your presence while keeping your space occupancy-free.

3D Mapping Rendering
Taking 3D Map to new levels! We have added a new functionality to the 3D Map on the web! Select your mode: Dawn, Day, Dusk or Night.
💡 Tips: Here are some tips to help you use the 3D Map
Move: Click and drag to move the map.
Zoom: Zoom in and out by using the + and - icons in the lower-right corner of the map or use a two-finger pinch gesture on the trackpad to zoom in and out.
Pitch: By clicking and holding two fingers on your trackpad, you can change the pitch of the map
If you have a mouse, simply right-click.
Improve Japanese Language translations
RICOH Spaces supports over 20 languages. We're dedicated to improvement and have recently enhanced Japanese translations for a more accurate and user-friendly experience.
