Within a location, you can configure your Visitor Management module. Find below an overview and explanation of its fourth section: Label Printing.

What is label printing?

Label printing allows admins to enable label printing and configure the label look. Once set up, visitors on-site will be able to have their badge printed.

Note: There are some printer settings on the panel which are not visible within the admin policies area and will need to be configured directly on the panels.

Note: As part of the full process for visitors you should be able to connect to a printer with your visitor panel and silently print labels.
Both paper sizes: 54mmRDx - 62mm

Configuring Label Printing

First, you will need to enable label printing at the top of your screen. Then you can set up additional settings:

  • Photo & Logo: This can be a photo or logo.

The logo is by the default logo you have provided to RICOH Spaces.

To select the Photo option, you must enable Visitor Photo within the Visitor Screen section.

If not enabled, this will leave a blank space on the label.

  • Colour Settings: Select whether you would like the label to be printed in colour or black and white.

  • Theme Colour: Choose a colour to highlight on the label.

  • Label Formatting: In this section, select which information you want on the label and where you want it. Use the Print Preview toggle to display the preview text examples you have written on the label and have a feel of what the label would look like.

Printing Your Visitor Labels

You can print labels directly within RICOH Spaces or configure printers to automatically print labels from your devices.
