In this article, we will go through the different ways you can acquire Smart Displays.

Acquiring Smart Displays

There are 2 ways you can do this:

  • Order through Ricoh:

    • QBIC devices will be delivered with the RICOH Smart Displays app pre-installed, and the devices will be managed.

    • Logitech Tap Scheduler can also be purchased through Ricoh, though it will not be managed.

Please confirm these details with your Ricoh account manager.

  • You can source your own Android/iPad devices, but please note that we have a list of supported hardware.

If you choose to source your own devices:

  • They may be untested.

  • They might not be supported by RICOH.

  • They won't be managed by RICOH.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the physical installation of the devices and for installing the Smart Displays software, either via the Google Play Store App Store or by using a USB Drive
