These articles provide an overview of what to expect during each phase of your RICOH Spaces onboarding project.

Our standard customer onboarding is a four-phase process with a typical target duration of six weeks. This timeline is contingent upon the customer's pace and resource availability. For projects with specific, large-scale requirements, a tailored timeline will be discussed.

Week 1: In order to start your onboarding, we require specific information and documents to be provided.

Week 2 - 3: We will review the information provided in phase 0 and start creating your environment

Week 3 - 6: Conversion of your floor plans and IT required actions

Week 6: Final step of the onboarding process

Week 7 and On: Regular check-up meetings
