The RICOH Spaces phone app gives you the ability to check in to your desk using the scan QR function. This guide will show you how to easily do it.

When you're ready to check into your desk, simply open the RICOH Spaces mobile app to view today's booked desk on your home screen.

1. Select Scan QR, to prompt your camera to open on your mobile phone.

2. Point the camera at the QR code which will be positioned on your desk. This will scan the QR code.

3. You'll receive confirmation of your check-in, on your screen and it will update automatically on your Homepage showing you have checked in.
