Using the RICOH Spaces web app step-by-step, learn how you can easily book a parking space via the Floorplan tab.

1. Access RICOH Spaces and head to the Floorplan.

2. Select the relevant Floor using the drop-down menu.

3. Select a space of your liking by clicking on it (The parking spots available are in green).

4. Choose the slot/s you would like to book this exact spot.

5. Click 'Next'.

6. Verify the details of your booking.

7. Confirm the booking.

8. You will receive an email confirming your booking and it will appear on your Homepage's Feed. On the Floorplan, the space you have booked will be coloured in blue.
