If someone has set you up with delegating booking access then you will have the ability to book resources on their behalf.

Note: To set someone up with delegated booking access, please, see our article Setting up a delegate booker.

Once you have been set up with Delegated Access by a user, you can book resources on behalf of that person. There are a number of areas in RICOH Spaces that you can book on behalf of someone:

1. Head to the Homepage tab which by default should be the Floorplan.

2. Click on the On Behalf Booking button.

3.Search for the user you would like to book on behalf of.

4. Once you have selected who you are booking on behalf of, then continue with the usual booking process and the app will take care of the rest.

💡 Tip: You will know you are working on behalf of someone as the banner on top of your screen will indicate it. Once you are done booking on their behalf, simply click "End book on behalf of"

In order for it to work, ensure that you are selecting the right user from the available drop-down list. If they are not available or selected, you won't be able to book on their behalf.
