RICOH Spaces allows businesses and employees to create and select services during the meeting room booking process. When booking a layout, the dedicated services manager will ensure the room is set up to the new layout and that the layout is back to its default one once the meeting is over. Those are the necessary pre and post-times on services. Let us show you how it works.

Setting up pre and post-times on services

1. Head to your Organisation Settings tab.

2. Select the Location where the relevant room is.

3. Head to the Spaces section.

4. Find and click on the Edit button of the room.

5. In the room's menu, navigate to the Layout section.

6. Click on Add Layouts to add a new layout or click on Edit on the relevant Layout.

7. Set the setup and reset times in the dedicated fields.

When a user requests a different layout, the request will notify the admins. They will either accept or reject the request. If accepted, the person in charge will ensure the layout is set ahead of the meeting and back to the default layout after the meeting. This is all managed within the Jobs area.

On the Schedule, the meeting will show the setup and reset time.
