In the event a user has Failed the Daily Pass they will have received visual notification and a confirmation of failing via E Mail as well. These are illustrated below.

Pre – requisites – Global Admin, Local Admin, Global Insights, Local Insights

Users with Administrative privileges matching above, can reset a Failed Daily Pass.

Local Admins can only reset a Daily Pass for employees at their Location, whereas a Global Admin can reset a Daily Pass at any Location.

From the RICOH Homepage navigate to Insights, and from the available options select ‘Booking Occupancy’.

Use the search criteria field to find the employee that failed the Daily Pass.

You will see that a RED – Failed Box is displayed.

Click on the 3 Horizontal buttons, at the end of the corresponding line which will bring the Reset Daily Pass option. Click this to proceed.

You will be asked to confirm the reset, which will allow the employee to retake the Daily Pass questionnaire.

The status of the Daily Pass has now been set to Incomplete.

You can now advise the employee to retake this process.
