Following detailed analysis, it has been identified that enhancements are required. A change plan is being created to address this.
20 September, 2 PM: We have made the first iterations of performance changes and will be monitoring overnight.
21 September: We have monitored the first iterations implemented and have implemented a second round of changes to reduce further the current impact on load and performance.

On Wednesday 20th September, we noticed a decrease in performance in our RICOH Spaces platform.
