Shout outs 🎤

Before we get into the detail of what we're bringing you this month, we'd love to give a shoutout to our specialist development team who are working hard behind the scenes to bring a new and improved RICOH Spaces every month:

Pre & Post times on services 🍽

RICOH Spaces allows businesses and employees to create and add services to a meeting during the creation process. Having the ability to add services to a meeting reduces the manual processes associated with organising services for meetings.

We have extended the functionality of services by allowing admins to set "pre and post" times for all services available.

Depending on which service is required there could be a need to set up ahead of the meeting and the reset after the meeting. For example; if snacks are required for a meeting, time may need to be allocated for the set up of the snacks and post-meeting the snacks may need to be cleaned away.

Occupancy of non-bookable rooms via sensors 👥

We have introduced the ability to use a room sensor to establish if a non-bookable room is occupied through the building Floorplan.

A visual display of occupancy will appear via the Floorplan, in the colours Red/Green.
We have also introduced insights into how many times the Room was occupied in a day and the total occupancy duration for a particular day.

Private Meetings 🔐

We understand meetings can be confidential at times, so we have introduced the ability to mark a meeting as private. Additionally we now also have the ability to recognise private meetings from Outlook when they are created.
