It's the perfect opportunity to catch up with all RICOH Spaces updates. Have a look at what happened in March.

Have some onsite visitors? Make sure you offer them the best experience with the help of your revamped Visitors tab. It contains all your visits and your address book (so you don't have to fill in the same details for recurrent visitors). You can easily update visitors' statuses, create multiple days visits, filters, and a lot more. Head to our article here to get yourself familiarized.

Visitor Insights are now available! It provides you with key statistics about your visitors. How many visitors have you been having last month? How far in advance are they pre-booked?​ What do my trends tell me about visits?​ The report will give you answers to all those and more.

You can now display a room's full schedule directly from the Floorplan.

You now have all your colleagues' statuses right in your pocket using the people section in your mobile app!

In order to help you more efficiently with any queries you have, we have added a help button to your RICOH Spaces web app. It opens a conversation where you can ask anything RICOH Spaces related. You can also view articles directly in the chat. If that doesn't help, you can still talk to one of our support team that will gladly assist you.

Smart displays are moving to V2! Room panels are the first ones being migrated.

To deliver all these new great enhancements in March (across Web, Mobile, Smart Displays and Insights) the Spaces team have closed down over 300 Stories, Tasks and Bugs raised in our Jira platform.
