You can easily make bookings for the day or in advance using RICOH Spaces. In the same way, you can also cancel bookings you don't need anymore. Let us show you how to cancel a booking using your RICOH Spaces mobile app.
Cancelling a booking using your phone
1. Open your RICOH Spaces mobile app
2. On the Homepage, find the booking you would like to cancel from the list.
3. Click on the booking.
4. Click on Release.
5. Confirm the cancellation.
Your booking has been cancelled and the space is available for other users to book.
