RICOH Spaces 3D Interactive Floorplan is a new functionality in our platform. Thanks to our partnership with MapsPeople, we are bringing you a new way for your users to navigate within the office. In this article, we will give you an overview of this new feature.

Easy & Interactive Bookings: Navigate, see real-time availability of spaces and book easily.
Detailed Asset Mapping & Points of Interest: The icons displayed on the map enable a quick localisation of valuable assets such as zones, kitchens, toilets, TVs, etc.
People: easily localize colleagues and identify zones.
Seamless Indoor & Outdoor Navigation: Thanks to this integration, you can effortlessly navigate within your building's floors, move between different buildings of your organization, and even navigate outdoors, all using a user-friendly, Google-style step-by-step route.

How to access the 3D Interactive Floorplan
Once purchased, the 3D Interactive Floorplan should be activated and be your Floorplan by default for web and mobile.
Note: You can enable/disable it within the Organisation Settings tab.
