In this article, we will explain how to rate spaces and help you understand how to leave, edit and delete a review and where you are able to see reviews for spaces.
Leaving reviews for Spaces that you have utilised, and had a good or bad experience with, can help your colleagues when they make their own bookings. It also provides valuable feedback to make certain improvements to make these Spaces a better place to work.
Any spaces that includes desks, parking, lockers, meeting rooms, focus space, collaboration space, booths zones will be able to be selected individually and given a rating of up to 5 stars and a comment.
Note: Your review will be visible to all other Spaces users. Location admins and Global admins can delete any review from the list.
How to rate a Space?
Open your RICOH Spaces app on your mobile phone. Go to the 'Office' tab from the bottom of your screen.
Click on the space, for example, we will use room 0.1 Spaghetti Junction, clicking on it gives us the below screen.
Click on 'Reviews' tab.
Note: An AI generated summary will be displayed for a space that has received more than 5 reviews.
You can also click directly on the stars and it will take you to the screen below and click 'Write a review'.
Here you can leave a star rating from 1 to 5 and write a comment.
Note: You can leave a review without making a comment. Only one review per user per space. Also, half star ratings are not allowed.
After completing, you can click on 'Post review'.
This will now appear on the Reviews section of the room.
How to update and delete reviews?
When clicking into the reviews tab, which you have reviewed, your review will appear at the top. You can edit or delete your post anytime from the space's 'Reviews' tab by clicking 'Edit your review' or clicking the 3 dots then editing the post or selecting 'delete post'.
