What is the Job List Report?
This report provides a full list of service requests (layout, catering and equipment) submitted across your location/s.
Filters
Date - Filter by a specific date range
Location - Select a location(s)
Job Category - Filter by job category
Cost Centre - Filter by a specific cost centre
Request Status - Filter the requests that have been approved, pending or cancelled
Space Name - Filter by specific spaces
Job Items List
This table chart provides you with a list of requests and details related to them, such as
Request status - Whether the request has been approved, pending or cancelled.
Requester Name - The name of the person who made the request.
Location Name - Location where the job was requested.
Space Name - The space for which the request was made.
Cost Centre - Cost centre assigned to the job.
