A new filter has made its way to the Floorplan: The Time-Based Availability.
See the occupancy of desks and rooms for the select location by using the Time Based Availability filter's drop-down menu.
To see the Live occupancy, simply click "Set to live".
Note: 'Set to live' only works for the current day. It won't work for past or future dates.
Colour Mapping
Green - Past, Present and Future dates.
The space is available (not booked)
Outside of the booking slots (before or after)
Red - Now or specific time
Booking is present on the current slot for the resource but not current users' booking
Blue - now or specific time
My booking on the current slot
Grey - Now or at a specific time
I have a booking in another resource and therefore can't book anything else
The resource is disabled or not bookable
Orange
Someone is sat now only
