If your Smart Display was supplied by Ricoh
If you purchase your Smart Displays from RICOH, the panels will come pre-installed with our RICOH Spaces application.
If your Smart Display was not supplied by Ricoh
There are two ways you can install the RICOH Spaces Smart Displays, either by downloading the app from the Google Play Store (if this is supported by your device) or by installing the Smart Displays app from a USB drive.
Installing the Smart Displays software from a USB Drive
In order to install the Smart Displays application via USB, you will need to download the software initially. This article will explain how you would do this.
You will need to download the latest Smart Displays version from here.
Once downloaded, please transfer this to your USB drive.
You will then need to connect your USB drive to your Smart Display panel USB port, which will be located at the back of the panel.
Once your USB drive is connected, please go to the “Files” application on your panel and select your USB drive. Then, you will need to click on your Smart Displays software and then follow the steps to complete the installation.
Once the installation is complete it will show an application installed called “RICOH Smart Displays”
