Background
On Wednesday 11th August an issue was identified with the filtering within RICOH Spaces Location Insights.
When a user clicked on the user domain it was unable to identify the locations relevant to the said domain.
**All other areas of Insights were unaffected by this issue.

Next steps:
All users please refresh your browser window in the Web app to apply the fix.
Resolution:
Upon investigation, we have identified this issue was caused by a deployment made to the "new employee check-in tab". We can now confirm a full fix has been implemented.
The issue affected the Location insights report only. This is because when a user clicked on the employee check-in list the location filtering errored and did not work as expected. However, after a refresh, the location filter would work as expected. Due to this, we can confirm that a minority of users would have experienced this issue.
