Refreshing the page not resetting the date
Our users have requested that when refreshing a page, it does not reset to the current date but keeps the last one selected. We have now implemented this change and ensured when a page is refreshed your date does not reset too.
Check-In/out
New feature alert!
Users can now temporarily check out of their desk or completely release by using our Web or Mobile app. Here is an article telling more you all about this great new feature!
Auto cancellation policies
New refinements for auto cancellation policies have been released. We have also added a new metric to the meeting room report which now shows the reason a room has been cancelled (e.g. user cancellation or auto-cancellation).
Slot templates in V2
We have made some changes regarding the updates of slots. Changes done to the booking slot templates and booking type will trigger future booking cancellations. Please take a look at this article for more information.
Schedule
No overlapping bookings are possible when awaiting approval and if the details of the meeting have been edited, the schedule will display the correct information.
Users wanting to see room booking meeting details will now be able to do so by simply clicking on the booking.
Mobile
Please make sure you are using our latest mobile app version: 2.0.11. The update has gone live with a few bug fixes.

Panel feature
Our team has worked hard on panels in order to improve all users' experiences. Functionalities on panels related to auto-cancelling policies have been enhanced.

Data corrected. We have been made aware of some time zone issues displaying incorrect data, it has been fixed.
AD filter
The AD group filter has been added to the reports.
