Our second August update is here! (We have been working hard this month 💪 ). This is our third In the Pipeline edition where we aim to keep you informed of all the good things we are working on. Embark on our journey and have a look at this month's tasks.

Job/Services

The team are currently working on a seamless way to manage service requests through our new jobs board.
Whether you are managing catering requests, layout requests, or equipment you can manage this all through our Jobs section of RICOH Spaces.

Once a service is requested you can manage the jobs you have “To-do”, or move it across to “In progress” and then again when a job is “Done” through our “Kanban” Style board. Ah the satisfaction of a job well done! 🙂
You can see a list view of all your jobs in great detail, such as when the job needs to be completed by, the number of jobs required in one request, for example a Room booking with a Layout and the colour coding of the job type. This grouping allows for clear organisation and helps identify what is what.
You can also see the status of a request and when the job was raised.
The “Approve” and “Reject” a job option allows you to manage what jobs can be carried out. The great thing is, all users will be notified of when their requests are approved or declined.

Request-able items can be created and deactivated in our all new “Items Catalogue”. The item catalogue allows you to manage how many orders can be requested and how long ahead of time a request has to be raised.
