You can update your Logitech Tap Scheduler panels' firmware to the latest version. In this guide, we will show you different ways of doing it.

  • In Room options (Via the Logitech Tap Scheduler)

    • Device settings on the panel

    • Logitech Sync app

  • Remote configuration

    • Local network access

    • Sync portal

You can update your Tap Scheduler to the latest version of CollabOS using the following methods.

In-Room Options

On-Device Settings

1. Open the RICOH Smart Displays settings.

2. Select Device settings.

3. Enter your Device Settings passcode. Please refer to this article for more information

4. This will bring you to the CollabOS device settings.

5. Click on the “Update” button to update your firmware.

Sync App

You can also update firmware using Logitech Sync App, which is an application that is designed by Logitech to assist you with managing your panel.

Remote Configuration

  • Local Network Access

  • Sync Portal

  • Service Provider Device Management like Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom.

Local network access

You also have the option of updating your firmware via local network access.

Sync Portal

If the device is provisioned into the Sync portal using a Sync account, you can also update your firmware via this method and you can also schedule a firmware update.
