In this guide, we will show you how you can factory reset your Logitech Tap Scheduler panel.

How to factory reset the device

Via the CollabOS Settings directly within your Logitech Tap Scheduler, the factory reset options are accessible from:

Settings > About > Restart & Reset.

The options include:

  • Restart (This will restart the panel, but will not affect any settings)

  • Reset network and wireless settings (This will erase any network and wireless settings)

  • Erase all data (This will erase all data from the panel - Factory Reset)

If access to CollabOS Settings is not possible, a hardware-based factory reset of the Logitech Tap Scheduler can be done by following these steps (Please also refer to the image below)

  • Tap Scheduler should be powered on

  • Press and hold (A) Pinhole Button for 5 seconds

  • Press (B) Reset button.

  • Release (B)

  • Release (A)

After either method of Factory Reset, the device will go through another power cycle when it powers on and give an indication on the display that it is erasing data.
